Stoners love their pets. Animals are hilarious when they’re stoned and it is definitely a source of amusement to get stoned and mess with a laser pointer and watch the cat go nuts. But when pets get older and have to deal with more pain, should we allow pets to be treated with marijuana?

Most of us treat our pets as humans and as we bond with them over time, they develop personalities similiar to our own. Giving pets medicated treats when they are in pain is humane. We use marijuana to help us with physical pain so why shouldn’t our pets be allowed to enjoy the same benefit of this extremely helpful plant. While there aren’t any studies on the negative effects on pets, some vets have been using medicated cheeses to help their aging pets to iive their last days peacefully and pain free. What do you think? Would you give your pet marijuana? Sound off in the comments below.
